We may carry out conversion tracking monitoring to see the keywords used by customers and which convert into leads. Conversions aren't isolated: this means that we cannot match conversion data to specific customers, and can just see overall data for ads and keywords, so your privacy is protected.

 

Privacy policy

Where you supply us with your contact details, we do not share your  name, address telephone number or e-mail address with third parties other than in servicing your enquiries or orders. Your details are not placed in a database by us for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt in, by joining our newsletter subscription, which allows opt out at any time. Our newsletter system is fully GDPR compliant.

With enquiries, we anonymously monitor where the enquiries originated from to get to our site, and which page was first and last to be viewed before the enquiry was made. No private information is collected during this process.

How your data is handled

We handle your ecommerce, email and telephone enquiries directly and your details are only shared within the company for use in servicing your order. Your details will be stored on accounts, where we raise invoices for you and records may be elcectronic or paper. Details include name, address, phone number(s) and email address.


E-commerce

Minimal data is kept online regarding your purchase and this is only used in servicing your enquiries. This is never passed to third parties, other than in the servicing of your enquiry or order. Records are kept electronically online and via email correspondence for the lifetime of your custom and for a reasonable time thereafter. You can obtain access to your data and remove this online by logging into your account or by emailing us (see details below).  No credit or debit card numbers are stored on our servers or in any other format and transactions are handled through Paypal, Wordlpay or other specificed online payment facility as shown at the checkout.


Archiving and storage of data and emails

By the nature of our industry, your contact details may be kept in emails, to track the progress of your enquiry and online within your ecommerce account. Email and ecommerce details and correspondence will be kept for the life of the enquiry and subsequently will be archived in case you return in future, in order to service your enquiry, warranty claims, etc.. Historic emails and ecommerce accounts and records are necessary to be kept for customer service and legal reasons, as the enquiries often span several years and customers may return for repeat orders.

You have the right to request deletion of certain classes of data and access to data stored about you and should you wish to exercise your rights, please email us. There may be a 10 admin charge for this service. We will ask for proof of identity before sharing your data. If you have not purchased from us, or have not commissioned any work through us, and you no longer wish to work with us in the future, and feel that you want your data permanently removed from our electronic format, please contact us as above and we will take appropriate measures to remove records of you from email, as reasonably possible.  You can edit and remove your account details within our ecommerce facility by logging in directly and altering the details held.
